Maka Zedelashvili is a Georgian multimedia artist whose creative practice bridges traditional painting with digital innovation. As both a painter and a digital modeling specialist, she draws inspiration from social issues, women’s rights and autobiographical narratives. Her works often explore intimate fragments of everyday life, elevating routine moments into poetic reflections of human presence and emotion.
At the heart of her artistic identity lies painting—a medium through which she captures the subtle beauty of ordinary existence. Her canvases often depict family, friends, and close surroundings, rendered with an honesty that reveals the intimacy of daily rituals. In these works, Zedelashvili emphasizes the quiet elegance hidden within repetition, body language, and mood, showing how personal truth emerges in the flow of ordinary time.
Her paintings stand out for their ability to balance tenderness with strength. Whether through figurative compositions or more abstract explorations, she highlights emotional depth and social commentary. The brushstrokes often carry autobiographical undertones, inviting viewers into moments of vulnerability while also speaking to broader themes such as identity, resilience, and human connection. In this sense, her paintings function both as personal diaries and as universal mirrors.
Beyond her painterly practice, Zedelashvili is an active participant in the global art scene. Her works have been presented in numerous international exhibitions, including solo shows in Georgia and Germany, as well as group exhibitions across Europe, the Middle East, and beyond.
Zedelashvili often experiments at the intersection of traditional painting and digital media, creating works where real and imagined spaces intertwine. She incorporates VR and AR into her projects, extending her explorations of reality and perception, yet always returning to painting as the central force of her creative language.
Maka Zedelashvili’s art invites viewers to slow down and recognize beauty in the overlooked details of life. Her paintings remind us that within the rhythm of daily existence lies a profound narrative of intimacy, presence, and human truth. Through them, she affirms that art is not only a reflection of the extraordinary, but also a revelation of the sacredness of the everyday.
